An ordinance establishing the zoning classification of property located at 3701 and 3709 East
Rotamer Road.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESV1LLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby established
as Ri, Single and Two-Family Residence District:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Nine (9), Township Three (3)
North, Range Thirteen (13) East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Harmony Township, Rock
County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at an iron pipe monument at the Southwest comer of Section 9 aforesaid; thence
East along said Section line and the centefline of Rotamer Road 470.37 feet to a point and the
place of begilming for the land to be herein described; thence North 02°1 I'00" West, 229.265
feet to an iron pipe monument; thence East 190.00 feet to an iron pipe monument; thence South
02°11 '00" East, 229.265 feet to a point in the South line of said Section 9 aforesaid and the
centerline of Rotamer Road; thence West along the South line of said Section 9, 190.00 feet to
the place of beginning. Containing 1 Acre.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
