An ordinance establishing the zoning classification of property located east of North
Wuthering Hills Drive and north of USH 14.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby established
as R1, Single and Two-Family Residence District:
Part of the SE. 1/4 of Section 16 and part of the NE.l/4 of Section 21, T.3N., R. 13E. of the 4th
P.M., Harmony Township, Rock County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the South ¼ comer of said Section 16; thence N.38°59'W. 433.92 feet; thence
N.l°30'25"E. 125.0 feet; thence N.l°39'35"W. 70.11 feet; thence N.I°30'25"E. 129.66 feet;
thence S.88°29'35"E. 947.0 feet to the place of beginning for the land to be herein described;
thence continuing S.88°29'35"E. 310.19 feet; thence S.1°03'25"E. 129.79 feet; thence
S.1°09'15"E. 70.08 feet; thence S.1°03'25"E. 1101.08 feet; thence N.88°56'35"E. 30.0 feet;
thence S.1°03'25"E. 130.0 feet; thence S.88°56'35'W. 280.0 feet to the existing city limits;
thence N.l°03'25"W. along said city limits, 520.39 feet; thence S.88°56'35"W. continuing along
said city limits, 60.0 feet; thence N. 1°03'25"W. continuing along said city limits, 924.42 feet to
the place of beginning. Containing 9.61 acres.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
