An ordinance changing the zoning classification of the rear portions of 2707 and 2715
Kennedy Road from M1 to B3, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof
as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed
from MI, Light Industrial District, to B3, General Commercial District:
The western one-third of Lots 1 and 2 of a Certified Survey Map recorded April 27, 2000 at
12:36 p.m., as Document #1455446, in Volume 23 of Certified Survey Maps, on Pages 188 to
191, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Rock County, Wisconsin, being part of the NE ¼
of the NW ¼ of Section 19, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., in the City of Janesville.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
