An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 120 Jackman Street
from RI to R4, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in
Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed
from RI, Single and Two-Family Residence District, to R4, Central Residence District:
The east one-half, Lot 1, Block 3, Original Plat of the City of Janesville, a
subdivision plat within the City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
