An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 1506 Plainfield
Avenue from B2 to B4, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set
forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed
from B2, Community Shopping District, to B4, Business Highway District:
Part of the SW ~A of Section 18, T.3 N., R. 13 E., of the 4~h P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Lot 1 of a Certified Survey Map Documem
Number 950092 as recorded in Volume 10, Pages 515 and 516 of Certified Survey Maps of
Rock County, and including the south ~6 of the Plainfield Avenue right-of-way adjoining said
Lot 1.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
