REVISED ORDINANCE NO. 2000-16
An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 1523 Humes Road
(USH 14) from M2 to B4, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set
forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDA1N AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from
M2, General Industrial District, to B4, Business Highway District:
Part of the NW ¼ in the NE ¼ of Section 18, T.3N., R.13E., of the 4th P.M., City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, which includes all of Lot 1 of a Certified
Survey Map recorded in Volume 10, Pages 183 and 184 in the Rock County Register
of Deeds Office, Janesville, Wisconsin.
SECTION II. Use or development of the land described herein shall be subject to approval
and issuance ora conditional use permit by the City of Janesville Plan Commission
following the conditional use provisions of the zoning ordinance prior to the establishment
of said use or development.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect immediately npon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power
so requiring.
