2000-15ORDINANCE NO. 2000-15 An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at the southeast corner of Jerome Avenue and West Delavan Drive from R2 to B3, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classificat~ion of the following described property is hereby changed from R2, Limited General Residence District, to B3, General Commercial District: Part of the SE ¼ of Section 3¢5, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin described as follows: Lots 63 and 64 and the west 55 of the vacated alley adjoining and east of Lot 63 in the Spring Brook Addition to the City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin. SECTION II. Use or development of the land described herein shall be subject to approval and issuance of a conditional use penmit by the City of Janesville Plan Commission following the conditional use provisions of the zoning ordinance prior to the establishment of said use or development. SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
