An Ordinance repealing the temporary solid waste deposit surcharge by eliminating the fee
assessed to certain wastes originating outside the Janesville city limits that are deposited in the
Rock County/City of Janesville Sanitary Landfill.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Subsection 8.64.150 H of the code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall go into effect upon adoption.
