An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property surrounding the Southern
Wisconsin Regional Airport purchased by Rock County for runway expansion.
THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF JANESVlllE DO ORDAIN AS FOllOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described properties is established as M1,
Light Industrial District:
Parcel No.1:
All of the STH 51 right-of-way located in the:
NE V. of the NE V. of Section 26;
NW V. of the NW V. of Section 25;
SE V. of Section 23;
SW V. of Section 24;
SE V. of the NE V. of Section 23;
SW V. of the NW V. of Section 24;
and all the STH 51 right-of-way located in the NW V. of the NW V. of Section 24, not currently
in the Corporate Limits of the City of Janesville, all located within T.2N., R.12E., of the 4th
P.M., Town of Rock, Rock County, Wisconsin. Containing approximately 16 acres.
