An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property located at 3225 South
USH 51.
THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF JANESVlllE DO ORDAIN AS FOllOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established as 83,
General Commercial District:
PART OF THE NW.1/4 OF THE SW.1/4 OF Section 13, T.2N., R12E. of the 4th P.M., ROCK
TOWNSHIP, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN.
DESCRIBED AS FOllOWS: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 13; thence southerly
along the West line of the SW.1/4 of said Section, 726.00 feet; thence easterly, 48 feet to the East
ROW. (right-of-way) line of U.S. Hwy. 51, also being the place of beginning; thence continuing easterly,
302 feet; thence southerly and parallel with said West line, 564 feet; thence westerly and parallel to the
South line of the NW.1/4 of the SW.1/4 of said Section, 302 feet to said East ROW. line; thence
northerly along said East ROW. line, 564 feet to the place of beginning.

DESCRIBED AS FOllOWS: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 13; thence southerly
along the West line of the SW.1/4 of said Section, 726.00 feet; thence easterly, 48 feet to the East
ROW. (right-of-way) line of U.S. Hwy. 51; thence continuing easterly, 302 feet to the place of beginning;
thence southerly and parallel with said West line, 564 feet; thence westerly and parallel to the South line
of the NW.1/4 of the SW.1/4 of said Section, 302 feet to said East ROW. line; thence southerly along
said East RO.W. line, 30 feet to said South line; thence easterly along said South line, 1272 feet; thence
northerly and parallel to said West line, 594 feet; thence westerly 970 feet to the place of beginning.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public
health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
