RESOLUTION NO. 2007 -447
A resolution approving the final plat of The Reserve At Stoney Ridge.
WHEREAS, a plat of "The Reserve at Stoney Ridge", a subdivision lying in the
NW.1/4 of the NW.1/4, the SW.1/4 of the NW.1/4 and the NW.1/4 of the SW.1/4
of Section 5, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., Harmony Township, Rock County,
Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 5th day of
November, 2007, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, streets and public
walkway;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the
City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of The Reserve At
Stoney Ridge be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon
shown.
