RESOLUTION NO. 2007- 446
Resolution deferring special assessments for sidewalk replacement for
the property located at 1911 South Willard Avenue.
WHEREAS, the administration has determined that the owner of property at
1911 S. Willard Avenue, tax parcel no. 0411100448, Janesville, Wisconsin, resides at
this address and meets the conditions outlined in City Council Policy No. 63, paragraph
V. B. for special assessment deferments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Janesville, that the special assessments of $1,044.00 shall be a lien on the property
and be paid when the property is sold or transferred without any accumulation of
interest.
