RESOLUTION NO. 2007-432
Whereas, Rosemary Kealy is retiring from City of Janesville employment
after having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community
for thirty-two and one-half years; retiring as the AS400 Administrator for the
Information Technology Division; and
Whereas, during Rosemary Kealy's employment with the City of
Janesville, she provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated
conscientious devotion to the duties of her position, which she performed with
competence, sincerity, honesty, and dedication; and
Whereas, Rosemary Kealy was recognized as the City of Janesville
Employee of the Year in 1992; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of
Janesville be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of
Janesville, through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to
Rosemary Kealy for her thirty-two and one-half years of loyal public service.
