An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property located at
the southeast corner of Austin Road and West Court Street to 01 and R1 upon
annexation.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established
as 01, Office/Residence District:
PART OF THE NE.1/4 OF THE SE.1/4 OF SECTION 33 AND PART OF THE NW.1/4 OF THE
SW.1/4 OF SECTION 34, T.3N., R.12E. OF THE 4TH P.M., CITY OF JANESVlllE, ROCK
COUNTY, WISCONSIN.
DESCRIBED AS FOllOWS: Beginning at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 34; thence
N.89059'24"E. along the East-West centerline of said Section 34, a distance of 346.68 feet;
thence S.ooOO'36"E. 62.92 feet; thence S.42004'06"E. 240.32 feet; thence S.1 o46'22"E.
parallel with the West line of the SW.1/4 of said Section 34, a distance of 21 0.61 feet; thence

Northwesterly, along a curve convexed Southwesterly, 105.47 feet, having a radius of 120.00
