RESOLUTION NO. 2007 -425
A resolution approving the final plat of Fox Ridge Estates Seventeenth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Fox Ridge Estates Seventeenth Addition", a subdivision lying in
the SW.1/4 of the NW.1/4 and the NW.1/4 of the SW.1/4 of Section 16, T.3N., R.13E. of
the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City
Plan Commission on the 20th day of August, 2007, and is incorporated herein by
reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks and lots;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Fox Ridge Estates Seventeenth
Addition be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
