ORDINANCE NO. 2007-375
An ordinance changing the zoning classification of land located at 2860 Liberty
lane from 01 to 01 with Parking Overlay with a penalty and injunctive relief for a
violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF JANESVlllE DO ORDAIN AS
FOllOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby
changed from 01, Office/Residence District, to 01, Office/Residence with Parking
Overlay.
located in the SW Y. of Section 17, T.3N, R.13E of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin described as follows:
lot 2 of Certified Survey Map Document No. 1740150, recorded on February 15, 2006
in Volume 29, Pages 263-265 of Certified Survey Maps, in the Register of Deeds Office,
Rock County, Wisconsin.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the
Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public
benefit, and police power so requiring.
