RESOLUTION NO. 2007-414
A resolution approving the final plat of Harmony Grove Fourth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Harmony Grove Fourth Addition", a subdivision being a
replat of Lots 125 thru 132, Harmony Grove First Addition, located in the SE.1/4
of the NW.1/4 of Section 7, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 18
day of June, 2007, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the
City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Harmony Grove
Fourth Addition be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes
thereon shown.
