SPECIAL MEETING – No Quorum Approved: June 11, 2007

Special meeting of the Janesville City Council scheduled in the Municipal Building on April
12, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. The City Clerk-Treasurer called roll call. Present: Council
President Tim Wellnitz and Councilmember Brunner. Absent: Councilmembers Addie,
Brien, DeGarmo, Tom Wellnitz and Williams.
There was not a quorum of Councilmembers so the official meeting adjourned at 7:01 p.m.
Informally, the City Manager, Council President Tim Wellnitz and Councilmembers Brunner
and Williams met with the newly elected City Council candidates. The following newly
elected City Council candidates were present: Loasching, Truman and Steeber. They
reviewed basic parliamentary procedures, how to place an item on the agenda, open
meetings and records law, email procedures and committee vacancies.
These minutes are not official until approved by City Council.
