RESOLUTION NO. 2007-398
Whereas, Stephen M. Ballou is retiring from City of Janesville
employment after having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the
community for twenty-four years; performed duties as a Firefighter and Paramedic in
the Fire Department and retiring as a Shift Commander for the Janesville Fire
Department; and
Whereas, during Stephen M. Ballou's employment with the City of
Janesville, he provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated
conscientious devotion to the duties of his position, which he performed with
competence, sincerity, honesty, and dedication; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of
Janesville be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of
Janesville, through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Stephen
M. Ballou for his twenty-four years of loyal public service.
