RESOLUTION NO. 2007-378
A resolution approving the final plat of Redwood Terrace.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Redwood Terrace", a subdivision of part of vacated south
Terrace Street which was dedicated to the public on a certified survey map
recorded in Volume 10, Pages 309 and 310 of Certified Survey Maps of Rock
County, Wisconsin as Document No. 939954 and part of the SE.1/4 of the SE.1/4
of Section 11, T.2N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 19 day of
March, 2007, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, public greenbelt
and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the
City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Redwood Terrace be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
