RESOLUTION NO. 2007-377
A resolution approving the final plat of Rock Prairie.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Rock Prairie", a subdivision lying in the SW.1/4 of the NW.1/4,
NE. Y. of the SW.1/4 and NW Y. of the SW.1/4 of Section 22, T.3N., R.13E of Section
22, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly
approved by the City Plan Commission on the 19 day of March, 2007, and is
incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, public greenbelt and
streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Rock Prairie be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
