RESOLUTION NO. 2007-396
A resolution approving the final plat of Knudson Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Knudson Addition", a subdivision lying in the SW.1/4 of the
NE.1/4 and part of the SE.1/4 of the NW.1/4 of Section 25, T.3N., R.12E. of the
4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, as duly approved by the
City Plan Commission on the 2 day of April, 2007, and is incorporated herein by
reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the
City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Knudson Addition be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
