RESOLUTION NO. 2007-380
Whereas, Francis A. Albright is retiring from City of Janesville
employment after having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the
community for thirty-seven years; performed duties as a Greenskeeper in the Parks
Department and retiring as a Leadperson II for the Janesville Operations Department;

Whereas, during Francis A. Albright's employment with the City of
Janesville, he provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated
conscientious devotion to the duties of his position, which he performed with
competence, sincerity, honesty, and dedication; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of
Janesville be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of
Janesville, through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Francis
A. Albright for his thirty-seven years of loyal public service.
