2007-360 I"\I:.VI.o:tI:.U VI"\UII...."'I...."'c: .....v. ,,"UU/-.JUU REVISED ORDINANCE NO. 2007.360 An ordinance changing the zoning classification of land located at the northeast corner of USH 51 and Black Bridge Road from Agriculture and Parking Overlay to M1 with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville. THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF JANESVlllE DO ORDAIN AS FOllOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from Agriculture with Parking Overlay to M1, Light Industrial District. Part of the SW Y. of Section 24, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin. DESCRIBED AS FOllOWS: Beginning at the northwest corner of lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 1141048 as recorded in the Rock County Register of Deeds Office in Volume 15, Pages 229-234; thence westerly along the north line of said lot 1 extended 115 feet, more or less, to the west right-of-way line of US Highway 51; thence southerly along said west right-of- way line 335 feet, more or less, to the southeast corner of lot 1 Knudsons Subdivision; thence easterly 15 feet, more or less, continuing along said right-of-way line; thence southerly 165 feet, more or less, continuing along said right-of-way line; thence easterly 41 feet, more or less, following the existing zoning boundary line; thence southerly, continuing along said existing zoning boundary line 260 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Black Bridge Road; thence along said centerline 540 feet, more or less, to the centerline of former Wisconsin & Southern Railroad right-of-way; thence northerly along said former railroad right-of-way 630 feet, more or less, to the north line of lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 1141048 extended; thence 53 feet, more or less to the northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence westerly along said north line 341.58 feet to the place of beginning. SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
