2001-91ORDINANCE NO. 2001-91
An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 3534 Kennedy Road
from Agriculture to M1, Light Industrial District, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a
violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed
from Agriculture to M1 (Light Industrial) District:
Outlot A of Certified Survey Map Number 1188116, recorded in Volume 16,
Pages 227, 228 and 229 of Certified Surveys Maps of Rock County, Wisconsin.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
