ORDINANCE NO. 2007-357
An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 202 McKinley
Street from 86 to 02 with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth
in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF JANESVlllE DO ORDAIN AS FOllOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed
from B6, Central Service District, to 02, Central Office/Residence District:
Part of the NW % of Section 36, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin described as follows:
The east 50 feet of the south 80 feet of Lots 64 and 66 of Smith-Bailey & Stone's Addition.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
