RESOLUTION NO. 2006-333
A resolution approving the final plat of Arbor Ridge.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Arbor Ridge", a subdivision lying in the SW.1/4 of the SW.1/4,
part of the NW.1/4 of the SW.1/4, part of the SW.1/4 of the NW.1/4, part of the SE.1/4
of the NW.1/4, part of the NE.1/4 of the NW.1/4, part of the SW.1/4 of the NE.1/4, part
of the NW.1/4 of the NE.1/4, part of the NE.1/4 of the NE. 1/4 and part of the SE.1/4 of
the NE.1/4 of Section 22, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 21 August, 2006,
and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Arbor Ridge be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
