RESOLUTION NO. 2006-327
A resolution approving the final plat of Emerald Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Emerald Estates", a subdivision lying in the SE ~ of the SE ~,
SW ~ of the SE ~ and the NE ~ of the SE ~ of Section 16, T.3N., R.13E of the 4th
P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan
Commission on the 7 August, 2006, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, outlots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Emerald Estates be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
