RESOLUTION NO. 2006-326
A resolution approving the final plat of Quail Ridge Second Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Quail Ridge Second Addition", a subdivision lying in the SE.1 /4 of
the SW.1/4 of Section 12, T.2N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 7 August, 2006, and
is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Quail Ridge Second Addition be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
