RESOLUTION NO. 2006-320
A resolution approving the final plat of Ridges of Rock County Plat Number 1.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Ridges of Rock County Plat Number 1", a subdivision lying in the
SW ~ of the NW ~, the NW.1 /4 of the SW.1 /4 and the SW.1 /4 of the SW.1 /4 of Section
4, the SE. ~ of the NE. ~,the NE.1/4 of the SE.1/4 and the SE.1/4 of the SE.1/4 of
Section 5, also the NW.1/4 of the NW.1/4 of Section 9, all in T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th
P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan
Commission on the 19 day of June, 2006, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, outlots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Ridges of Rock County Plat
Number 1 be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
