RESOLUTION NO. 2006-281
A resolution approving the final plat of Meadows Northeast Second Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Meadows Northeast Second Addition", a subdivision lying in the
SW 1j.¡ of the SW 1j.¡ of Section 16, also part of the NE 1j.¡ of the NW 1j.¡ and part of the NW
1j.¡ of the NW 1j.¡ of Section 21, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 1 day of
May, 2006, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into lots, blocks, public greenbelt and
streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Meadows Northeast Second
Addition be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
