RESOLUTION NO. 2006-248
A resolution approving the final plat of Harmony Grove Second Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Harmony Grove Second Addition", a subdivision lying in the
NW.1/4 of the NW.1/4 and the SW.1/4 of the NW.1/4 and the SE.1/4 of the NW.1/4 of
Section 7, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin,
was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 20 day of February, 2006, and
is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, public greenbelt, lots and
streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Harmony Grove Second Addition
be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
