RESOLUTION NO. 2006-239
A resolution approving the final plat of Ruger Ridge First Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Ruger Ridge First Addition", a subdivision lying in the SW % of
the NE % and the SE % of the NE % of Section 33, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission
on the 16 day of January, 2006, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Ruger Ridge First Addition be and
is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
