RESOLUTION NO. 2006-238
A resolution approving the final plat of Sixteenth Addition to Fox Ridge Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Sixteenth Addition to Fox Ridge Estates", a subdivision lying in
part of the SE ~ and SW ~ of the SW ~ of Section 16 and part of the NE ~ and NW ~
of the NW ~ of Section 21, T.3N., R.13E., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin,
was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 6 day of February, 2006, and is
incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into lots as shown.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Sixteenth Addition to Fox Ridge
Estates be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
