ORDINANCE NO. 2006-342
An Ordinance amending the list of designated streets that have a speed limit of 40 miles
per hour with the penalty as provided in Section 10.24.070.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 10.24.060 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is
hereby amended as follows:
C. Humes Road, from the west property line of Kennedy Road, east to
Deerfield Drive
-- SHALL BE REVISED TO READ --
C. Humes Road, from the west property line of Kennedy Road, east to a
point two-tenths of a mile east of North Wright Road.
