REVISED ORDINANCE NO. 2006-336
An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 1515 Ashland
Avenue from R2 to R2 with Parking Overlay with a penalty and injunctive relief for a
violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances
of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF JANESVlllE DO ORDAIN AS FOllOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed
from R2 to R2 with Parking Overlay:
Part of the NE % of Section 26, T.3N., R.12E., of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Lot 9 and the east 30 feet of Lot 10 of Ashland Subdivision, a subdivision recorded in the
Office of the Register of Deeds for Rock County, Wisconsin.
SECTION II. The rezoning of the above-described property to R2 with Parking Overlay
District is subject to the following special conditions and lor requirements.
1. Approval of a revised landscape plan for the parking lot area by the Site Plan
Review Coordinator.
2. Removal and relocation of existing driveway openings onto Ashland Avenue as
delineated on the attached site plan (Map 3)
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
