CITY OF JANESVILLE
ORDINANCE NO. 2006-335
An Ordinance prohibiting the use of helicopters and other aircraft for construction or
construction related purposes between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., with a
penalty as set forth in Janesville General Ordinance Section 9.42.100.
THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF JANESVlllE DO ORDAIN AS
FOllOWS:
SECTION I. Section 9.42.025 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Janesville is hereby created to read as follows:
"9.42.025 Helicopter and Aircraft Use For Construction Purposes Prohibited from
8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No person may use or permit the use of any helicopter or
other aircraft for construction or construction related purposes anywhere in the City
between the hours of 8:00 o'clock p.m. and 8:00 o'clock a.m. each night, except for
emergencies"
