CITY OF JANESVILLE
ORDINANCE NO. 2006-332
An Ordinance amending the list of Through and Connecting Arterial Streets with no
stated penalty.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 10.16.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Janesville is hereby amended as follows:
THE FOLLOWING SECTION:
ThrouQh Arterial Street
Except At
Rockport Road
(West City limits to Center Avenue)
Afton Road (Westbound traffic on
Rockport Road does not stop).
Rockport Road
(South Jackson Street to South River
Street)
__ SHALL BE REVISED AND COMBINED TO READ --
ThrouQh Arterial Street
Except At
Rockport Road
(South Jackson Street to South River
Street and Center Avenue to West
City limits)
(1) Westbound traffic on Rockport
Road shall be required to stop at
South Franklin Street, and (2) at
Afton Road, eastbound Rockport
and northbound to westbound Afton
traffic shall be required to stop.

Connectinq Arterial Street
Except At
North and South Franklin Street
(Centerway through Dodge Street and
West Court Street to Rockport Road)
Traffic moving westerly on West Wall
Street may proceed without
stopping. Traffic moving northerly
on North Franklin Street shall be
required to stop at West Wall Street.
Traffic moving westerly on Rockport
Road shall be required to stop.
Dodge Street (All-way).
