CITY OF JANESVILLE
REVISED ORDINANCE NO. 2006-331
An Ordinance amending the list of Designated One-Way Streets with the penalty as
provided in Section 10.20.020.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Current Sections 10.20.010 8., C. and E. of the Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Janesville are hereby repealed in their entirety.
B. North and South Jackson Streots from its intersection 'Nith L::wrol Avonue
southerly to its intersoction with Rockport Road is designated as a
one 'Nay street on which traffic shall move in a southerly direction at all
times.
C. South Franklin Street from \^!est Court Street to its terminus at Rockport
Road is designated as a one 'Nay stroet on which traffic shall move in a
northerly direction only, at all timos.
E. Rockport Road from its intersection with South Jackson Street easterly to
its intersection 'Nith South Franklin Street is designated as a one way
street on 'Nhich traffic shall move in an easterly direction only at all timos.
SECTION II. Sections 10.20.010 D. and J. of the Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Janesville are hereby amended to read as follows:
D. North Franklin Street, from its intersection with Centerway northerly to its
intersection with Highland Avenue, is designated as a one-way street on
which traffic shall move in a northerly direction only, at all times.
J. On North Jackson Street, traffic shall be in a southeasterly direction only,
between Mineral Point Avenue and Centerway.
