REVISED ORDINANCE NO. 2006-314
An ordinance reducing the fee for filing an appeal with the Zoning Board of Appeals as
provided for in JGO 18.24.090 (A).
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 18.24.090 (A) of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"A. * The fee schedule is as follows:
Conditional Use Permit
Conditional Use Permit - PUD
Conditional Use Amendments
Application for Rezoning
Application for Zoning Ordinance Amendment
Application for Change of Nonconforming Use
Filing of Appeal to Zoning Board of Appeals

Site Plan Review
Initial Mobile Home Court License Fee
Mobile Home Court License Transfer Fee
