ORDINANCE NO. 2006-306
An Ordinance amending JGO 5.06.300 A. hereby setting the quota for Class B beer
only licenses - issuance based on population.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 5.06.300 A. of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Janesville is hereby amended to read as follows:
"A. The city may issue Class B beer only licenses in addition to any other license
granted pursuant to this chapter. There shall not be more than one Class B beer only
license issued for every three thousand three hundred or fraction thereof of the
population of the city according to the last decennial federal census."
