2000-68 ORDINANCE NO. 2000-65 An ordinance establishing thc zoning classification of land located east of Crystal Springs Road and south of USH 14 to R1. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby established as Ri, Single and Two-Family Residence District. PART OF THE NE.l/4 OF SECTION 14, T.3N., R. 12E. OF THE 4TM P.M., JANESVILLE TOWNSHIP, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSiN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at the North ~¼ corner of said Section 14, thence South (assumed) along the North-South centerline of said Section, 47.32 feet to the South R.O.W.
