Present: Councilmembers Pierson, McLean, Schneider, Stehura,
Stockwell and Pulliam; City Manager Steven Sheiffer; Assistant City
Manager Tom Rogers; City Attorney Wald Klimczyk.
Absent: Council President Collins
In the absence of Council President Collins, Councilmember Stockwell
called the meeting to order. Councilmember Pulliam, moved, seconded
by Councilmember Stehura, that the City Council convene into closed
session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(1)(g) for the
purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body
who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be
adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is
likely to become involved. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 6:32 p.m.
These minutes are not official until approved by the City Council.
