Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Janesville held
in the Municipal Building, 2 December 1991 at 7:30 a.m.
The meeting was called to order by Council President Schneider.
Present: Council President Schneider, Councilmembers Pierson,
O'Leary, Noll, Stehura, Collins and Brien.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Approval of a resolution adopting the 1992 Budget and
establishing the 1991 gross tax rate and appropriating funds for
expenditures by the City of Janesville for the fiscal year ending
December 31, 1992.
Councilmember Collins moved to adopt said resolution, seconded by
Councilmember O'Leary and adopted by the following vote: Aye:
Council President Schneider, Councilmembers O'Leary, Noll, Collins
and Brien; Nay: Councilmembers Pierson and Stehura. (File

2. Matters not on the agenda. London Pub revocation hearing.
Councilmember Collins moved to postpone the revocation hearing for
the London Pub to 13 January 1992, seconded by Councilmember Brien.
Councilmember Pierson moved to amend the motion by changing the
hearing date to 12 December 1991 at 7 p.m., seconded by
Councilmember Noll and passed unanimously.
Councilmembers then voted on the main motion as amended and it
passed unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:42
