Councilmember Collins
The City Council met in study session to review routine
reoccurring agenda items, including alcohol licensing, financial
gain permits, proclamations, legislative activity, planning and
zoning, and Public Works Programs. A general discussion was held
about how each item is handled.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
