Regular meeting of the danesville City Council held at the Municipal Building on December
27, 1999.
Council President Stehura called the meeting to order. Present: Council President Stehura,
Councilmembers Westphal, Murphy, O'Leary, Brien, Noll and Schneider. Absent: None.
Councilmember O'Leary led the Council in the Pledge of Allegiance.
CONSENT AGENDA
Minutes of the Regular meeting of December ~ 3, ~ 999
Minutes of the Closed Session of December ~ 3, ~ 999.
Licenses; and Recommendations of the Alcohol License Advisory Committee.
Financial statement for the month of November, 1999.
Council President Stehura stated the Consent Agenda would be approved if there were no
objections. There were none.
OLD BUSINESS
Requests and comments from the public on matters which can be affected by Council
action. There were none.
NEW BUSINESS
Councilmember Schneider moved to adopt a proposed resolution approving the final
plat of Rotamer Ridge First Addition. Councilmember O'Leary seconded the motion
and it passed unanimously. (File Res. #99-2493)
2. Councilmember Schneider moved to adopt a proposed resolution establishing the
relocation order for the right-of-way of the Kettering Street/East Rotamer Road
reconstruction project. Councilmember Noll seconded the motion and it passed
unanimously. (File Res. #99-2494)
3. A proposed ordinance authorizing a wastewater rate adjustment and revising local
limits for various pollutants was introduced and scheduled for public hearing on
danuary ~ 0, 2000. (File Ord. #2000-~)
4. A proposed ordinance amending the zoning ordinance to allow as a conditional use
within the M1 (Light Industrial) and M2 (General Industrial) Districts the placement and
operation of power generation equipment or facilities was introduced, referred to Plan
Commission and scheduled for public hearing on danuary 24, 2000. (File Ord. No. 99-
~ 284)
5. Matters not on the Agenda. There were none.
There being no further business, the Council adjourned at 7:06 p.m.
