Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Janesville held
in the Municipal Building on November 3, 1999.
The meeting was called to order by Council President Stehura.
Present: Council President Stehura, Councilmembers Westphal,

Murphy, Brien, Noll & Schneider. Absent: Councilmember O Leary.
Review of Budgets.
Council reviewed the following 2000 budgets: Leisure Services
Administration, Recreation, Senior Citizens Center, Parks, Golf
Courses, Public Works Administration, Engineering, Street
Maintenance, Street Cleaning, Snow Removal, Flood Control, Weed
Cutting, Public Buildings, Parking Facilities, Traffic Management,
Water Utility, Wastewater Utility, Solid Waste Collection, Solid
Waste Disposal, Demolition Waste Disposal, Industrial Waste
Disposal, Recycling, VOM, Insurance Fund, Technical Services, Major
Capital Projects, and Public Works Improvement Program.
The Council discussed the proposed fee for the Senior Center, but
decided to postpone further consideration.
Matters not on the Agenda.
There were none.
There being no further business, Council adjourned at 9:13 p.m.
