Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Janesville held in the Municipal Building on
May 27, 1999.
The meeting was called to order by Council President Stehura.
Present: Council President Stehura, Councilmembers Westphal, Murphy, O'Leary, Brien, Noll
and Schneider.
1. Review of Senior Center Options.
Council reviewed information on the various options: renovate the existing Senior Center,
renovate the Water Utility Building, construct a new building, or take no action. Space needs,
location, and funding were discussed.
The Administration will present a status report on the options for Council's review at July 12,
1999 regular meeting.
2. Matters not on the agenda.
There were none.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:14 p.m.
