A resolution approving the final plat of Rockport Ridge Estates Eighth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Rockport Ridge Estates Eighth Addition", a subdivision lying in
part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 33, T.3N.,
R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved
by the City Plan Commission on the 6 day of April 2026, and is incorporated herein by
reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks and lots;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Rockport Ridge Estates Eighth
Addition be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
