An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property
located north of Hemmingway Drive and south of USH 14.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is
established as R1, Single-Family and Two-Family Residence District:
PART OF LOT 1 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 16 ON
PAGES 425-427 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 1207858 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAPS
OF ROCK COUNTY BEING SITUATED IN PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER
OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 14, T.3N., R.12E,. OF THE 4TH P.M,
TOWN OF JANESVILLE, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN.
FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST
